Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones was born on September 3, 1976. She is an American actress. The actress is famous for her soap opera performances as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). In addition, she played the recurring role of Daphne in the second season of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from University of Tennessee at Martin. Her teaching journey began at Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten students and in 1st Grade. She married Brent Jones, her UT Martin lover, and relocated into Thompsons Station in 1998. Bethesda Elementary is where she began teaching fourth grade. In 1999, 2000 and 2001, she completed her Master of Instruction in Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to instruct. In 2000 the couple adopted their oldest child Baylor. Ashley spent 15 years serving the community, her church as well as children. Ashley is the leader of the Preschool Ministry at Thompson Station Church in various positions for over 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids for 3 years while she was at home. Ashley was a teacher of History for kindergarten and 1st Grade at home and also took part in the tutorial. God has shown her family that even though she loved homeschooling with the children and being with them for a while, it was now time for Ashley to go back to the classroom. Brent and Ashley both have five kids. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all attended GCA. Baylor is an GCA graduated, is a student at UT Martin, where he is a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan is a GCA Graduate who is attending Western Kentucky University. The family is very energetic and loves hunting, fishing and supporting their friends in sporting events. Romans 8:28.
